Shipping and Delivery time:

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (or sooner) of being placed, except Sundays and public holidays when courier services are unavailable.
Orders are usually delivered within 7 days of shipping, depending on the delivery location.

No Returns, No Refunds, No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
We kindly request you to place your order only when you're fully sure about your purchase.

We're happy to help! If you've just placed an order and wish to add more items, please contact us immediately, it is only possible before shipping. We'll try our best to combine your orders. However, we will not be able to cancel it.

The order can be modified but total must be equal to or more than the original order value.

Opening video is must -

As per our store policy, an opening video recorded by the customer is mandatory at the time of unboxing. This video serves as essential proof in case of any issues related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

— No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid via available payment methods at checkout.

Damaged/Wrong Items Received

If you receive a damaged product, we're here to help — but only if:

You share a clear, unedited, and uncut unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.

As everything is checked twice before packing your order no exchange will be accepted if no unboxing video is provided.

This is necessary to verify the issue and process a return or exchange.

- WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR WEAR AND TEAR. Please handel your jewellery gently and store them carefully.
